■one part participation and discussion,
■and all parts fascinating fun
You’ll increase your happiness immeasurably when you participate in these teleclasses and do your “homework”. You’ll also make new friends and connect with other happy-seekers.
A recording of each class will be available to you, along with the opportunity to email with me in the interim between classes. So you will be getting a LOT of bang for your buck.

In the first three one-hour teleclasses, you will get a reading from me plus info like:
•What’s happiness and how do I get more of it? (The answers might surprise you!)
•Doesn’t my happiness depend on my circumstances? (No, and I will tell you why.)
•Can I be happy most of the time? (Hint: YES!)
In our fourth class, we will re-cap and share what has shifted for each member of the group. Expect to make friends and to learn a LOT about yourself and your life.
